What is the difference between EDP, EDT and EDC?

The acronyms stand for "Eau de Parfum", "Eau de Toilette" and "Eau de Cologne" and the differences among these are the amount of essential oils in the fragrance. The most potent type of fragrance that you can buy is the straight perfume. Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. The higher the percentage of essential oils the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.
EDP consists of a 12-18% of perfume while EDT with an 8-14% concentration of the essence usually lasts for 2 to 4 hours and EDC 3-7% low concentration of oils.

Is it safe to buy online?

Glamourosa has no access to your financial or banking data. Since the payment is done through PagBrasil or Paypal, security and confidence are assured. Yes, it is possible to pay your Brazilian credit card purchases in up to 5 installments.

Where are products shipped from?

All products are shipped from our logistics center, based in Matosinhos, Portugal. Therefore, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes upon entry into the destination country. Payment of this tax is the customer's responsibility.


Can I receive my products at the address I wish? Even in the office?

Yes of course. For your convenience, you receive your orders at the address you choose. It can be at your home, in your office or at an address that suits you and interests you.


How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on the destination to which the order will be shipped.
After the products are dispatched, the delivery times are as follows:

- Mainland Portugal delivers on the next business day after dispatch.
- Madeira and Azores deliver within 5 business days after product dispatch.
- Rest of Europe delivers within 5 to 9 business days after product dispatch.
- Brazil delivers within 5 to 9 business days. See the Tax Free option.
- Rest of the world delivers within 7 to 14 business days after product dispatch.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may experience delays due to customs retention in the destination country.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes, all shipments have a tracking number. You can track the shipment through the carrier's website or by contacting Glamourosa. This information will be sent in the shipping confirmation email.


Does Glamourosa deliver worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. To ensure proper transportation and delivery, all our shipments have a tracking number so that you can track the shipment.


What is the cost of shipping?

For purchases over 60€, shipping is free within the European Union.

What happens if I'm not at the delivery address to receive my order?

For shipments to Mainland Portugal, the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery.
In Brazil, the postal service will make a second delivery attempt.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, it is possible, but certain rules must be followed. To make everything clear, please access the Return & Refund page, where all the conditions are described.


I didn't like the service, how can I complain?

Glamourosa works to satisfy its customers to the fullest. Nevertheless, we understand that there are always setbacks.

How should the product be returned?

The product should be returned as new, in the original box, along with the documents and manuals (if applicable). We do not accept the return of products that appear to have been used.

When making the return, you should write the following in the comments section of the postal form: "This shipment is a return related to an online purchase at www.lojaglamourosa.com and should not be subject to taxation." This reference is essential to prevent the shipment from being taxed upon arrival in Portugal.

How will my personal data be used?

There are three different types of data that are treated differently:
- Name and email: These data are used by Glamourosa to send orders, inform the customer, run promotions, etc. Glamourosa never provides these data to other entities. These data are confidential and are used only for the purposes mentioned above.
- Other personal data such as address and nationality: These data are used only to ship orders. Glamourosa does not provide these data to third parties. These data are confidential and are used only for the purpose mentioned above.
- Credit card data: Glamourosa does not have access to this data. Why? Because you chose a payment method that is completely transparent and secure for the customer, redirecting them to a PayPal or PagBrasil page. This way, the customer can be assured that their data is not even provided to Glamourosa.
