The hair schedule was created with the goal of reconstructing the hair mass and all the nutrients we naturally loose daily, so it looks healthier. There is an official hair schedule that should be followed by those who are still beginning the treatment, but it can be adapted to each one's necessities.
There are three steps in this treatment, moisturizing, nutrition and reconstruction and there should ALWAYS be a 48h break between them.

The moisturization step allows you to return water to your hair. It leaves the hair softer and smoother and, you'll only need a good moisturizing mask.
Nutrition
The nutrition's goal is to give back the hair's lipids and to leave the hair with the necessary oil. If your hair is dry, frizzed, without definition, dull and hard, this is a fundamental step.
Reconstruction
Reconstruction is responsible for bringing your hair to live again. This is an essential step when the hair is too fine, fragile, elastic, with severe loss or with double tips, and it should only be done once a month or every two weeks for the most severe cases. The excess of these products can have the contrary effect.
Ideally, this treatment should be done for six months and afterwards have a 1 month break. If these steps are followed, your hair should always be healthy.
