Shipments & Deliveries


Loja Glamourosa is determined to offer the best services to its customers. 


Continental Portugal
For orders lower than 60€, the shipping cost is 3,95€.
For orders equal or above 60€, we offer the transport service.


Madeira, Azores and European Union
For orders lower than 60€, the shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the products.
For orders equal or above 60€, we offer the transport service.

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to customs taxation. In shipments to Brazil, we created the option TAX FREE, which guarantees 100% that the customer will not be taxed.



Expedition deadlines may vary depending on the availability of the product or according to periods of greater volume of deliveries (for example, Christmas).
Orders with confirmed payment have shipment up to 48h after payment, except stock break or incomplete address. In the event of a stock break, Loja Glamourosa will contact the customer, proposing an alternative.


In order to provide the best customer service, we give great importance to the packaging of the products, so that they can be transported and received without damage. All orders are shipped in boxes and well packed:





How can I track the order?
All our shipments have tracking number, regardless of the carrier. This is a security for the customer and for the store as it makes the process more secure and controlled.




Loja Glamourosa sends products in partnership with the carrier Nacex, with CTT and CTT Expresso, varying the delivery times according to region.


After shipment, delivery times are:
Continental Portugal – Delivery in the next business day.
Madeira and Azores – Delivery up to 7 business days.
Rest of Europe – Delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
Brazil – Delivery between 15 to 25 business days. See the option TAX FREE (delivery between 6 to 15 business days). *
Rest of the World – Delivery between 9 to 19 business days.


* In shipments to Brazil, the order will be delivered in the addresses of major cities between 1 to 4 business days if you choose the SEDEX option, or between 5 to 10 business days if you choose the PAC option.

Orders sent to small towns in the interior states may take up to 13 or 36 business days to be delivered, depending on the service chosen (SEDEX or PAC, respectively).



The delivery time information will be displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you enter the delivery location information of your order.
Delivery times can be influenced by the service levels of our transport service providers.
Compliance with agreed deadlines is above 95%. However, it is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strike, etc. Any questions please contact us.


If the order is not delivered within the aforementioned deadlines, Loja Glamourosa will immediately file a complaint with the carrier.




In case of loss, the delivery insurance is automatically activated, having the client the option of reshipment of the order or the refund of the total value of the order.


The order is considered lost after the following deadlines:
Portugal - 10 business days after shipping.
European Union - 30 business days after shipping.
Rest of the world - 60 business days after shipment. *


* Upon entry into the Customs, the application of the deadline is suspended, since Loja Glamourosa cannot interfere with the internal procedures of the same.




The expedition and the delivery period begin to be considered only after confirmation of payment by the Financial Institution, which varies according to the payment method chosen.


All our products are shipped from Portugal. Thus, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to a customs duty at the entrance of the country of destination. Payment of this tax is customer's responsibility.


Your order will be shipped only when all the products you ordered are available, so there are no partial order deliveries.


We do not deliver items in sections, since it is always necessary a signature of the person who received the packaging.


To ensure delivery in the shortest possible time, we recommend that someone is home to receive the order. Alternatively, you can indicate the address of your employment. If no one can receive the order, a voucher will be left to pick up the order at the nearest post office.
