Please be aware that non-EU countries may be charged import dutties. For your own safety and comfort, Loja Glamourosa offers the 'Insurance Tax Free' with the payment of 12,79€ Glamourosa covers all import dutties. Note that the refund may not exceed 60% of the product price.

ORDER TRACKING
 

All Glamourosa’s orders have a tracking number so that you can know every single moment where your purchase is. This method enables high security and control, both for the costumer and Glamourosa. This service is also available to international shipping.

 

In addition to the online tracking service, Loja Glamourosa offers free delivery on orders over 60€.

Loja Glamourosa, in order to provide the best customer service, gives great attention to the packaging of products, so that they can be transported and received undamaged.

TAX FREE 

      Non-EU countries may be charged import dutties. CAMPAIGN TAX FREE: until April the 30, Loja Glamourosa refund you the import duties. In order to refund you, we require a document that states the amount paid and the tracking number of your order. For further information click here.
 
 
DISPATCH DATE AND DELIVERY SERVICE
 

Dispatch date may vary varies according to products’ availability. The date can be extended due to great sales volume.

Purchases concluded and paid (until 9a.m) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders after 9a.m will be dispatched the very next business day, except for out of stock products.  In this case, Loja Glamourosa will contact costumer suggesting an alternative solution.

Loja Glamourosa offer deliver service all over the world, since works in partnership with CTT and CTTExpress Services.

Portugal (mainland) – next business day

Madeira and Azores – 7 Business days

Europe – 5 to 8 Business days

Brazil – 15 to 25 Business days OR 6 to 15 Business days with TAX FREE PLUS INSURANCE

World – 9 to 19 Business days

 

Deadlines may be influenced by the service levels of our transportation service providers.

The delivery time information will be displayed when entering the information of the place of delivery of your order.
 
Compliance with agreed deadlines is higher than 95%. However, it is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strikes, and other reasons of force majeure. Any questions please contact us.

If the order is not delivered within the aforementioned deadlines, Loja Glamourosa will immediately file a complaint with the carrier requesting delivery as urgently as possible.
 
In case of loss, the delivery insurance is automatically activated, the client will have the following options:
  - Re-sending the order.
  - Total return of the order value.

The order is considered lost after the following deadlines:
  - Portugal - 10 working days after dispatch.
  - European Union - 30 working days after dispatch.
  - Rest of the world - 60 working days after dispatch.

 
 
  
IMPORTANT
 

- Check your package. In case of your products are broken or damaged you should not accept it, you should return to sender.

- Incomplete orders are not dispatched. All the products you order are sent at the same package. You will not receive partial packages.

- You can count dispatch and arrival days to get your desired products, only after the payment order is confirmed.

- Special dates and holidays such as Christmas may delay the service due to great sales volume.

- Delays and retentions may occur outside EU countries. Import duties and tariffs are covered by the costumer. If Free Tax Campaign is working Loja Glamourosa covers import duties.

- For your security, complete address should be provided. Signature is always required.

- All our products are shipped from Portugal to all over the world. Please be aware that non-EU countries may be charged import dutties upon entry into the destination country. The payment of this tax/dutty is customer's responsibility.

- To get your purchase safe and fast is important someone to be at home to receive the package

- You can write your job address instead. This way, you will be there to receive it.

- However if no one is there, you can collect your order with the postal note
