After a professional treatment, it is advisable to follow method 3, 2, 1, which is structured as follows:
In the first month after treatment, perform 3 applications: morning, noon and night.
In the second and third months, perform 2 applications: morning and night.
From the fourth to the seventh month, perform 1 application: only at night.
