Pearly Eye Base from KIKO is a primer for illuminating and fixing eyes that prolongs the duration of the shadow and enhances its color.
Its pearly finish illuminates the outline of the eyes with a veil of light. The formula is enriched with wild rose extract and pigments capable of neutralizing the tone of the eyelids.
The texture is silky and pleasantly cool. The cover is lightweight, and impalpable to the touch.
Thanks to the practical tube with ophthalmic tip, the product is dosed with extreme simplicity.
