Twisted Elastic Conditioner from Sebastian is a conditioner to untangle, nourish and strengthen the hair fiber. It contains the FLEXI-AG Complex, a special blend of Seaweed Extract, Elastic Polymer, Panthenol and Glycerin, which provides elasticity and flexibility when sealing moisture and defining the appearance. The technology forms an elastic coating around each strand of hair to enhance the bump, while sealing the moisture and defining the appearance.
