Orders to New Zealand are shipped from Portugal and within 48 hours of purchase (unless stock is out of stock or incomplete delivery address). At the time of dispatch, an email will be sent with tracking data and the corresponding invoice attached (please check your SPAM folder).

All shipments have loss insurance (check delivery times for the type of shipment selected).
