History

Sensai Kanebo's story begins in 1887 as a simple textile company. Later in 1937 the company decided to enter the cosmetics sector and it was then that Sensai quickly began to become a cosmetics sales company in Japan. It was then that in the 1980s Sensai expanded its business across Europe. Later in 1989 the company introduced its first line to the public under the name Sensai.
