Hansaplast HP Sensitive Plasters 3XL 10 x 15 cm have been specially developed to protect large wounds on sensitive or easily irritated skin. With an extra soft central compression pad, these plasters prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, making it easier to remove and minimizing pain. The hypoallergenic adhesive ensures a secure hold, even in areas of movement, without damaging or sensitizing the skin when removed.

Their breathable structure allows air to circulate, creating an environment conducive to skin regeneration. These plasters are ideal for use after surgery, post-traumatic wounds or extensive cuts and scrapes. With their generous dimensions (10 x 15 cm), they offer complete coverage and protection, reducing the risk of contamination and helping to keep the skin clean and protected during the healing process.
