The product may be listed on our website so try to find it by category or brand. Glamourosa may not be selling the specific brand or item.
What is the difference between EDP, EDT and EDC?
The acronyms stand for ‘Eau de Parfum’, ‘Eau de Toilette’ and ‘Eau de Cologne’ and the differences among these are the amount of essential oils in the fragrance. The most potent type of fragrance that you can buy is the straight perfume. Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. The higher the percentage of essential oils the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply. EDP consists of a 12-18% of perfume while EDT with an 8-14% concentration of the essence usually lasts for 2 to 4 hours and EDC 3-7% low concentration of oils.

Yes. It may not be possible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
I placed an order. Why aren't I getting email notifications?
After placing your order, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. Maybe you mistype your email address or it was delivered to your junk box. Check your mail or contact us.

We ship all over the globe. All Glamourosa's orders have a tracking number so that you can know every single moment where your purchase is. This method enables high security and control, both for the costumer and Glamourosa.

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Intact, unopened and unused
When returning the package to our office you should write the following information "This package is a return on an online purchase at www.lojaglamourosa.com, therefore should not be subject to import dutties." This note is paramount in order to avoid taxation upon arrival to Portugal.
