Paco Rabanne was born in San Sebastian, in the Spanish Basque Country. He spent his childhood under a hail of bombs in Spain and France. He later went into exile because the family was republican. Until 1966, Courreges, Cardin, Balenciaga, Givenchy and encouraged him and bought some of his sketches. Gerard Pipart, who had just joined Nina Ricci, gave her some styles to embroider. From then onwards, his success and influence increased, developing the brand that he has today. Fragrance history: In 1973, Paco Rabanne presents his first perfume, Paco Rabanne pour homme. In 1995, he introduced XS Pour Elle which is a clear, floral fragrance. In 1996 their first unisex fragrance "Paco" was designed in a bottle of recyclable metals. Two years later, "Paco Energia" was created and a year later, "Ultraviolet" for women. In 2001, the male version of "Ultraviolet" was introduced. His most recent success is the Million collection.
