History

Sisley was founded in 1976 by Hubert d'Ornano who launched the brand with his wife Isabelle, following the success of his first cosmetics business alongside his father and brother. Nowadays the brand is led by Isabelle, Philippe d'Ornano, her son, and Sisley's president, Christine d'Ornano, her daughter, and deputy general manager and is responsible for the development of the brand's image and Daria Botin, granddaughter Isabelle d'Ornano is head of Sisley's in-house creative studio. The company's R&D laboratories, logistics platform and most of its administrative services are located in Saint-Ouen l'Aumône. The company collaborates with the best points of sale around the world, having its products available in spas and luxury hotels.
