Loja Glamourosa is committed to providing the best services to its customers.

Mainland Portugal and Spain
For purchases under €60, the shipping cost is €2.90.
For purchases of €60 or more, we offer free shipping.
This service does not include shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands.

Madeira and Azores
For purchases under €60, the shipping cost varies according to the weight of the products.
For purchases of €60 or more, we offer free shipping.

Shipments within the European Union and outside the European Union
The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the products.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, as well as import taxes and/or additional charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price paid at Loja Glamourosa and cannot be anticipated or calculated in advance by our team. The payment of such charges is the sole responsibility of the customer. For shipments to Brazil, we offer the REMESSA CONFORME shipping option, which guarantees 100% that the customer will not be charged any additional customs fees.

PRODUCT DISPATCH

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability or during periods of higher delivery volumes (for example, Christmas).
Orders placed with confirmed payment are dispatched within 72 business hours after payment, except in the event of stock shortages or an incomplete address. In the event of a stock shortage, Loja Glamourosa will contact the customer and propose an alternative.

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we place great importance on carefully packaging our products so that they can be transported and received without damage. All orders are shipped in boxes and carefully packaged:

How can I track my order?
All our shipments have a tracking number, regardless of the shipping provider. This provides security for both the customer and the store, making the process safer and more controlled.

DELIVERY

Loja Glamourosa ships products in partnership with the courier services Nacex, CTT and CTT Expresso, with delivery times varying according to the destination.

After dispatch, delivery times are:
Mainland Portugal – Delivery on the next business day.
Madeira and Azores – Delivery within 5 business days (up to an additional 7 days for more remote islands).
Rest of Europe – Delivery within 5 to 9 business days.
Brazil – Delivery within 9 to 14 business days (an additional 5 days for destinations outside urban centres). See the REMESSA CONFORME option. *

Rest of the World – Delivery within 7 to 14 business days (an additional 5 days for destinations outside urban centres).

* Orders shipped to small cities in inland states may take an additional 5 days to be delivered.

Loja Glamourosa also has a partnership with DHL for express shipments.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

The shipment of perfumes via DHL is subject to a €30 dangerous goods handling fee, included in the shipping cost. Therefore, if you place an order containing perfumes, this additional fee may apply.

The estimated dispatch time will be displayed in the shopping cart once you enter your order's delivery location.

Delivery times may be affected by the service levels of our shipping providers.

Compliance with the agreed delivery times is above 90%. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strikes, or other factors.

If your order is not delivered within the timeframes mentioned above, Loja Glamourosa will immediately open a claim with the carrier.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

In the event of a lost shipment, delivery insurance is automatically activated, giving the customer the option of having the order reshipped or receiving a full refund of the order value.

An order is considered lost after the following periods:
Portugal - 5 business days after dispatch.
European Union - 30 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world - 60 business days after dispatch. *
Israel - 120 business days after dispatch. **

* Once the shipment enters Customs, the delivery timeframe is suspended, as Loja Glamourosa cannot interfere with the internal procedures of the relevant customs authorities.
** The postal operator Israel Post informs that, due to the extension of the state of emergency, postal operations are subject to certain restrictions, which may result in delays in the delivery of orders.

NOTES:

The dispatch and delivery timeframe only begins once payment has been confirmed by the Financial Institution, which varies according to the payment method selected.

All our products are shipped from Portugal. Therefore, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties upon entry into the destination country. The payment of these duties is the responsibility of the customer.

According to the carriers' quality standards, delivery timeframes are met in 90% of cases.
